Sphere set to join Findi Group, accelerating climate action to new markets

Sphere for Good, a leading innovator in integrating climate action into financial transactions, today announced that it has entered into an agreement to be acquired by Findi Group [ASX: FND], a rapidly growing fintech and payments company with a significant presence in the high-growth Indian market. The transaction will enable Sphere to significantly expand its reach and impact, leveraging Findi’s resources, expertise, and established presence in key markets.

Innovative partnership helps online shoppers make positive climate contributions via parcel deliveries

Online shoppers at HealthPost’s Flora & Fauna will get carbon friendly parcel deliveries from today, thanks to innovative new technology provided by Australian EcoTech company, Sphere. The new feature lets shoppers view an estimate of their delivery-related emissions, while Flora & Fauna automatically adds a small climate contribution at checkout. The pilot is enabled by the Shopify app developed by Sphere which is now available to other retailers on request.

World first — Aussie tech Sphere helps DCS turn credit card rewards into climate action

In a world first, credit card users in Singapore will soon be able to use their rewards to offset carbon emissions and aid biodiversity, thanks to a partnership with Australian eco-tech, Sphere. Sphere has partnered with DCS Card Centre (formerly Diners Club Singapore), offering consumers the option to convert up to 8% of their Visa Platinum Card spend on carbon offsets from early June.

Swinburne & Sphere join forces for eco-friendly fintech solution

Melbourne’s Swinburne University has entered into a partnership with Australian eco-fintech brand Sphere to promote personal climate action through innovative payment technologies. The collaboration aims to help consumers understand and mitigate their carbon footprint by using AI and machine learning to analyse card payments, providing solutions such as carbon offset projects. Sphere has set an ambitious target of offsetting more than 6.5 million tonnes of CO2 by 2027.
